The parade typically takes place during either the last weekend of November. The Old Town Alexandria Scottish Christmas Walk is truly amazing! I've attended this event for the past two years, and though I am sad they canceled the 2020 Christmas Walk due to the pandemic, I'm looking forward to visiting in future years, after the pandemic is over season, the Scottish Christmas Walk Parade evolved in 2022 through a new partnership with Visit Alexandria, Campagna Center and the City of Alexandria
